Production Process
Having been involved in the creative process from ideation to execution, I have gained a deep understanding of the digital components required for various campaigns and branding initiatives.
To improve team efficiency and accuracy, I established a streamlined process that brings structure to the chaos of creative production. This ensures that all critical elements are addressed, preventing oversights such as missing a crucial photo during a photoshoot.
Here’s a peek of what goes on in my head before, after and during this process!
The Before.
I have tested various planning methods to ensure that all essential elements of a photoshoot are organized and accounted for. By utilizing Notion and Google Slides, I have established an efficient process that clarifies the requirements and coordinates the support from different departments.
With my experience in the restaurant industry, I effectively communicate with store operations to ensure readiness for the shoot.
The During.
On the day of the shoot, I prepare and review the pre-shoot list. Throughout the day, I direct the shoot by coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure that all necessary items are captured. Following the shot list, I allow for creative flexibility while ensuring that all menu items are accounted for.
The After.
After the shoot, I oversee the post-processing phase and serve as the liaison between the Creative Team and Operations. As the point of contact, I upload the photos to the online menu and publish them on social media and the website.
